BELLE ISLE EN MER
En juin 2010, une nouvelle opportunité se présente pour effectuer un vol en hélicoptère : La Baule (44) - Belle-Isle en Mer (56) aller retour. 2 hélicoptères de type Ecureuil (Eurocopter) effectueront plusieurs navettes pour transporter une trentaine de personnes (6 persones par hélicoptère dont le pilote). J'ai donc eu la chance de faire partie de ce groupe et de faire ce périple par un temps magnifique. La traversée La Baule - Belle-Isle dura environ 20 minutes. J'étais assis sur l'une des 4 places arrière et l'atterissage fut effectué sur l'héliport de l'Hotel Castel-Clara à Goulphar. Lors des vols retours, un des 2 hélicoptères stoppa ses navettes, un voyant d'huile s'étant allumé. Un 3e hélicoptère fut appelé à la rescousse de Vannes pour terminer les vols. Ce fut celui que je pris et cette fois en place de "co-pilote" (place gauche). Contrairement aux avions de type Robin que je pilote, il n'y avait pas de double commande. In June 2010, a new opportunity arised to accomplish a flight in helicopter : La Baule (44) - Belle-Isle en Mer (56) and return. 2 Ecureuil type helicopters (Eurocopter) had to transport about thirty people (6 people per helicopter including the pilot). I had the great chance to belong to this group and to make this tour with a splendid weather. The flight La Baule - Belle-Isle lasted approximately 20 minutes. I sat on one of the 4 rear seats and we landed on the heliport of the Hotel Castel-Clara in Goulphar. During the return flights, one of the 2 helicopters stopped due to an oil warning light being lit. One 3rd helicopter was called to finish the flights. I took this one but this time in place of "copilot" (front left seat). Contrary to the planes (Robin type) which I fly, there was not dual control. Hereafter some wonderful pictures of this trip.

ATTERRISSAGE A VANNES - LANDING IN VANNES !
24 juillet 2013 : j'emmène Guillaume, un collègue de travail, faire un petit vol avec mon inséparable partenaire Alain. Alain aux commandes, nous décollons d'Ancenis en direction de La Baule via St Nazaire puis repiquons plein nord pour atterrir à Vannes. Je prends alors le manche pour le vol retour vers Ancenis, en ligne droite pour cause de réserve pétrole limite ! Arrivés à Ancenis, Guillaume a eu la bonne idée de filmer mon atterrissage à partir de l'étape de base. Pour les plus attentifs, vous verrez même un envol de mouettes que je "saute" juste avant le toucher final.
July 24th, 2013 : I proposed to my colleague Guillaume, to come with me for a flight with my inseparable partner Alain. With Alain as the pilot, we took off from Ancenis towards La Baule via St Nazaire, then flew straight north and landed in Vannes (Brittany). I then took the stick for the return flight towards Ancenis, in a straight line (we were short in petrol !). Arrived near Ancenis, Guillaume had the good idea to film my landing. For the most attentive of you, you can even see a flight of gulls that I "jumped" just before the final touch.
